Stefano has nearly 13 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts and business development initiatives. He has worked for several corporations in Italy, Switzerland and Hong Kong, and has experience across a variety of industries, including consumer and industrial goods. He started his career in investment banking, having earned a Master of Science in finance from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
Stefano is currently working as an M&A Vice President at a public Swiss multinational company.
