The Abu Dhabi SME Hub is a private-public initiative supported by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, which aims to nurture, advance, and grow a community of entrepreneurs, SMEs, and startups in the UAE.
As a strategic backer of the Abu Dhabi SME Hub, the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development’s (ADDED) objective is to listen to our community and enable a striving sector through new policies and initiatives. ADDED works on achieving sustainable economic development in Abu Dhabi by adopting knowledge-based economic principles and regulating the business sector and economic affairs.
The Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development helps to develop local enterprises in Abu Dhabi by instilling and enriching an investment culture amongst UAE nationals. The Fund also seeks to support and develop SMEs in the Emirate. By being a strategic partner to the Abu Dhabi SME Hub, the Khalifa fund aims to augment its knowledge base program to a wider segment of local and expat founders.
Dunes Ventures is a hybrid venture studio founded in Abu Dhabi supporting startup founders and corporates. We set out on a mission to build the Abu Dhabi SME Hub, a platform that can support entrepreneurs based in the UAE. Our mission is to bring together exceptional people to collaborate, innovate, and build game changing companies.
